Our story

When our son started crawling, it quickly became clear how much time little explorers spend on their knees. On our wooden floors he kept slipping in regular trousers, and outside on the terrace his knees were already red after a short while.

We looked for a solution that would be comfortable, protect the knees and still work in everyday life. Tights weren't a real alternative for us – they were fiddly to put on, too warm, and simply not what we imagined for an active little explorer.

So we started developing a pair of pants ourselves. Ones that leave room to move, sit comfortably and protect where little crawlers need it most. With soft fabric, thoughtful details and integrated knee protection.

That's how Krabbelmonster came about: from the everyday life of a family, from a real need, and from the wish to create a solution we would have loved for our own child – and that today accompanies little explorers through their whole crawling journey.
